A: Generally the delivery of the carpet is within 10 working days if there are no snags, such as images not suitable for printing, in which case the customer will be asked to provide a suitable image and the time may be longer.

Q: Is shipping free throughout the country?
A: Yes the shipping cost is always included in the price of the rug.

Q: What happens if I upload one or more images have a lower resolution than required?
A: Our graphic designers always check if the uploaded images ensure good print quality, and if not, we will send you a message requesting images of suitable resolution.

Q: Does the carpet fade with washing?
A: Our rugs are made with very durable materials and printing techniques: they can be machine washed many times without the fear that the colors will lose their brilliance. However, it is recommended not to expose the rug to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

Q: Can I use a carpet from the catalog as a background?
A: If it falls within the backgrounds already provided by the configurator, yes, otherwise no, because the subjects in the catalog are copyrighted.
